Men’s Drills and Skills Workout w/ Styrling
April 17 – June 5 Saturdays 9am – 10am $15 “Drills and Skills w/ Styrling” is a great one hour workout for men featuring both singles and doubles play-based drill games. Featuring (2) courts – you’ll be able to float between singles and doubles play – shot selection will be one of the focal points during these sessions to reinforce consistency and learning to hit the right shot at the right time. There will be a variety of different set-ups each week so whether you decide to attend every week or can drop-in from time to time, you’ll find “Drills and Skills” to be a challenging fun-time to step up your game! Adult Beginner to 3.0 Clinic April 17 – June 5 Saturdays 10am – 11am $15 This one-hour tennis class will be geared for the adult player who is beginning to play the game, returning to the game, or looking to find a way to improve with others who are Beginner to 3.0 Level. This game-based instructional class
will feature stroke mechanics, strategy and tactics. You’ll learn to hit all the strokes of tennis while improving your footwork patterns for optimal fun!Men’s Quad Warm-Up Workout Beginning Thursday April 15 6:45pm – 7:15pm $5 “Quad Warm-Up Workout” is a half-hour game-based drilling session to get your footwork and strokes primed and ready for the weekly Men’s Quad Night! This will be a steady paced workout using various tools on court designed to get you focused mentally and physically. Come join us for this exciting new mini-session on Thursday nights!! |
